Oopsy baby poopsy!!!

Graycie was being very, very fussy the other night so Brady & I kept trading off trying everything we could think of the settle her down. Finally, Brady decided to change her diaper but midway through he decided to leave her diaper off for a little while to let her air out and let her play with her little toes, which she loves to do. He was laying down next to her, watching TV when he reached over to tap her lil bare bum and this is what happened!!! Make sure to turn up your volume all the way so you can hear Brady!!

Our Sweet Baby Girls!!

I didn't quit like the looks of the first scrap page I did so I tried again, but I don't have the heart to delete the first one after putting an hour into it. I won't say which is which. You tell me which one you like better!! Its amazing how the pictures can look so different in a different layout. Kaylie styled Graycie's hair and did a very, very good job at it. Then Kaylie came up with the above caption, "When sister does your hair, life is good!" I like it!!!!

Bare on the loose!!

A Bit of Nostalgia

Darrin's Growing Up, too!

I've always taken pictures of my kids on the first day of school. Yes, even when Darrin was a senior, out came Mom with her camera chasing him out of the driveway. Well, this year he wouldn't let me stay at his apartment to capture that Kodak moment as he was heading out the door on his first day of college, (something 'bout roommates, age...I don't know) anyway, we went to visit a few days before school started and I whipped out my camera. It wasn't a welcome site when you're trying to feel grown up, but he was a good sport and let me capture two pictures. Give me an inch 'n I wanna mile. I was eager to get picts of his roomys, but I was halted in my tracks, so I'm feeling grateful for the two pics I got. Here is Darrin's first bedroom at BYU-I where he is on the winter/summer track.

Graycie's Growing Up!!!

On Graycie's 4 month birthday we introduced her to rice cereal and, don't tell her, she thinks its good! She did so well after she realized she couldn't suck the cereal out of the spoon. She is growing up so fast.
Here is Daddy's first attempt at digital anything besides taking the digital pictures. Momma has been so engulfed in the digital scrapbooking that he started watching. He became very intrigued and wanted to give it a shot. Here is his first masterpiece. He loved picking colors and elements and arranging things all over the page. He got a little carried away by cutting out every little hair on Graycie's head but he's just that meticulous. Now, about the comment on his page...since she was born we were betting on what color her little eyes would be. If you look closely you can see who wins. Mom's in denial and doesn't want to admit defeat. P.S. Her eyes are blue but they could change at any moment. Right?
Finally, here is the first page I did of Graycie's first real food experience. I didn't like it very well so I redid. This is why the first page has the same pictures in it! But when I spend an hour on a page I can't just let it go to waste!

Kaylie's growing up!

Lucky girl. Kaylie got skis and a Kelly Canyon ski pass for Christmas this year. (Luckily, the boots were found at DI for $10 and Darrin's old skis worked perfectly.) Daddy, who used to teach lessons at Snow Bird, took Kaylie up skiing on New Year's Day and began teaching her to ski. She did very well. He says a few more times on the slopes and she'll be paralleling. She was so excited to make it down Skiers Lane without falling. Darrin & Derek have been skiing probably 10 times each this year so we will definitely be getting our money's worth from our season passes. What a great family gift. Thanks Santa! Daddy took Rayce & Kaylie skiing again on Saturday! Santa sure knows how to make a family happy.
