Finally Got My Card Adapter!!

OK, after our family camping trip my Sony card adapter disappeared. If only the little munchkin could talk. I think she would know where I might find it. Anyway, good 'ol Ebay saved the day. I bought a new one for $2.50, including shipping, coming from China, Japan or maybe Hong Kong, courtesy of the poor little children stuck in the sweat shops. How else could they mail a cheaply priced item to the USA free of charge. Anyway again, I have soooo many pictures I wanna post now.

CRAP (oops, Dad says that word isn't very lady like) I just realized I'll need to shrink down all my pictures so I can upload them more quickly. But, for now its 2:18 in the morning. I just woke up, had my middle-of-the-night bowl of cereal, generic Captain Crunch with CRUNCH BERRIES and now its time for my second round of going to bed!! So, I'll have to upload the picture tomorrow or technically later on today!

Little Miss Independence!!!

Graycie loves her big sister and wants to be just like her!! She watches Kaylie fix her hair. Kaylie decided to put her headband on Graycie's little head. Next thing we know Graycie's trying to put it on her own head. It is absolutely adorable!!

Lovin' the summer!!

Momma's girl lovin' the rhubarb!!

Graycie is nearly 10 months already!! WOW...just like her four big brothers & sister, she LOVES the H20! She loved swimming lessons despite the icy cold water the Aquatic Center is famous for and she loves going outside to our pool and hang out with turtley. It's perfect for her. It doesn't submerge her too deep in the chilly water but yet the little pouch in the front allows her to splash and play. Daddy gets in with her lots and Momma always has the camera ready. Rayce & Kaylie are awesome big brother & sister to play and have fun with our little guppy. Ben came over a few times but was sleep deprived both times and didn't seem to enjoy it as much. His Momma needs to bring him over after a nice long healthy nap and he'd have tons more fun too.

Maybe our lil Tuffy ain't so tuff!

Here's our little Tuffy baby girl not being so Tuff. She loves, loves, loves riding the lawn mower with Daddy. Dad sent me a text to let me know Graycie was ready to come in the house and to bring the camera. Here is what I found. Our sweet baby girl laying trustingly limp in her Daddy's arms.
Momma thinks the most adorable part of this picture is notice where lil Graycie toes are hidden. It was so cute to walk out there and see Graycie's lil toes wrapped up in Daddy's shirt. Daddy didn't want his little girls toes to get cold. Ahhhhhh isn't that adorable?
P.S. Oh and when he came in to get her she didn't have any pants on so he just grabbed the closest thing and threw them on. I say this cuz Momma knows that colorful stripes don't go with heart patterned pants. Men, ya just gotta love 'em cuz they're just so darn funny!

Great Memorial Day Weekend in Island Park

Opening day on Henry's Lake paid off well!!
The two homeless children we found by the lake!!
Rayce, Dad & Kaylie. Becca & Cory took us to the place his grandma owns near the Buffalo River.
Overlooking the Buffalo River from Cory's Grandma's place.

Bear (Darrin) fishing on the Buffalo River!!
Sweet Baby Graycie. Dad says "Look Momma, no hands!" But look closely and you can see Daddy's hand holding on to his baby girl.
We just had to pose for a picture in the same location we got married with our new lil baby, Graycie. Little did we know that 18 months later we would be taking a picture with our own little baby.
Island Park jungle gym ~ Memorial weekend 2009
We stopped to get a pop at the Angler's Lodge in Island Park. This is where her momma and dada got married.
Above and below is Graycie playing at the Mack's Inn Jungle Gym. It was a nice day...about 70 degrees but I didn't want our lil stink bug to get cold.

Graycie's newest thing is to stick out her tongue and make all kinds of noises.
Lisa, Brady & Graycie posing in front of Big Springs at Mack's Inn, Island Park. Memorial weekend 2009.

I don't even know where to start.......um Bear came in and wanted to challenge Brady to a game of "Chubby Bunny." The winner is who ever can "stuff" the most marshmallows into their cheeks and still be able to say, "I'm a Chubby Bunny!" Brady is far too competitive to turn Bear down and came out of the game as the victor!!! Probably won't get him anywhere on a resume but good job Honey all the same.

And yet another Palmer addition!!!!

Everyone meet Halle. Our yellow lab, Koda seemed to be very lonely, especially where everyone is going during the day. We've kinda sorta been looking for another lab. Today Kaylie & Brady went into Peaches to get some food for the ducks when they saw a litter of lab mixes. Momma is purebred chocolate lab but no one is for sure what daddy is. They think he had some black lab in him though. So we let Kaylie pick one out and name the little girl "Halle." The funny thing is she can't remember the name and ends up calling her Hailey...she'll get it soon enough though.

Here is lil Graycie all suited up to go on a bike ride with Momma. She loves watching all the animals, dogs, cats, cows, horses & goats as we ride by. Graycie doesn't do a very good job though of keeping her sun glasses on and once Daddy & Kaylie had to turn back in search of her binkie. Oh but today we found a binkie on our ride but we chose not to pick it up!! Oh boy what treasures!!

Momma's Sweet Baby Girl

HUGE MILESTONE!!!! This morning I could see Graycie's first little tooth just under the surface. Then after eating dirt from the garden, sticks on the grass, bark from the flower bed, and Kaylie's new pup's tail her first tooth finally poked through!!! Yay!! and as fanatical as I am about capturing the moment with pictures, you know I'd have a picture posted if the little thing weren't so darn small. In fact I had to convince Daddy that what he was feeling was her lil tooth. She did good and did the all natural approach at getting the little thing through today!! Yay Graycie!!

After all the discouraging weather pics I decided to cheer up my blog a bit with these sweet baby Graycie pics. Oh doesn't she look sooooo cute in red. Had I known Daddy was gonna whip out the camera I might have changed my clothes to match hers, but I'm living in a spontaneous world and these will do fine!!

K so we're a little behind in the crawling department. I think having so many big people around and being the only baby she gets held far too much or maybe she just content in one spot. Daddy even tried putting a rolled up dish towel under her belly to help support her weight. Finally, I started baiting her with FOOD. Now she will pull herself across the floor but still no hands and knees. Everyone says to enjoy it now cuz when she does start really crawling she'll be into everything.

Hating these Idaho winds!!!

After listening to the wind howl, we walked over to the kitchen window and looked out to see our shed/bully barn 5 feet from our back deck. Nice considering it had cement footings and full of all our stuff. Ugh...when will it ever end!!!???

Where our shed once stood. It was a good shed! Aunt Pat & Uncle Bob, who we bought the house from said the shed has been there, in cement I remind you, since 1983!! Oh the luck of the Palmers!!

Guess that's one way to clean the shed out!!??

Finally, my sweet, brilliant husband came up with this ingeniously scientific idea to keep it from moving any further!!! Now you know why I love that man so much!!
